In the interest of professional development, I hired a business presentation coach to help me with my delivery at conferences.
She encouraged me to get in touch with my own humanness as a way to connect with my audiences.
I took that advice about humanness and applied it to other areas of my life beyond presentations.
That sparked the beginning of a gradual shift of my perspectives and values… a shift that continues to unfold today.
That was 20 years ago and I have consistently invested in the support of coaches and healers for my personal growth and development ever since.

first informally with friends and clients of my consulting company, Solertis,
and then intentionally with AWE & Co.

I have clarity, tenacity and determination honed from more than two decades of Supply Chain consulting and operational turnarounds for execs at Fortune 500 companies, ambitious start-ups and aggressive Private Equity firms.
And I also have keen intuitive capabilities, empathy and compassion gained through training in more than a dozen alternative healing modalities and a variety of esoteric traditions.
